Mya Ann Ross has finally arrived

Mya was born on 4-30-2009 around 3:10 pm 7lbs 15oz. We are so excited to have our little Mya here. The day she was born was soooooooooo amazing I have never seen Kyson smile with so much excitement before. He even got teary eyed it was so sweet. Addyson is completely in love with her baby sister. We tell her her names Mya but she insists little sister so whatever makes her happy. I was sooooo stressed on how she would react and feel. She has completely shocked me on how well she has adapted she is so happy :) Mya is such a sweet baby. She is so good and is handling all the craziness our little house holds. Right now she is on a belli bed because she has jaundice pretty bad so we are sad we can't hold her very much but so happy she will be getting better. We feel so blessed to have so many family and friends that have been such great supporters and keeping our families bellies full. I can't tell you enough thank you to everyone. Life has been so great and now having little Mya its incredible how a single individual can make a family soooooo much happier :) Sleep deprived and all hehe

Final Week

In my final week of pregnancy (hopefully). I must say I can't wait for it to be over. I want my body back more then anything. There are so many women out there that absolutely love being pregnant I'm definitely not one of them. It seems like just yesterday we were bringing Addy home and how happy and amazing it was. Anyhow I must admit I'm completely terrified of this new arrival. I keep feeling guilty because Addy won't be the baby anymore. And with her being such a mama's girl I worry she will feel like I have betrayed her in some way :( I hope she loves her new baby sister and won't feel sad. I hear the 3rd child is the biggest adjustment... With one easy, two you have two arms, but three your out numbered YIKES I'm scared. Don't get me wrong we are sooooooooo excited to be welcoming a new little one I feel just a tad freaked out... Am I crazy?

So I was going over my pics and couldn't stop laughing at these pics. They might not be that funny to other but just the stories behind them and them make me laugh. Whenever I get tired and think the day couldn't get any longer with these two. I just need to look at these and know how lucky I am :)

Our sweet little Addy turned 2 this last Saturday. I can't believe we have had her for two years. John and I started the morning just remembering the day she was born and what an amazing two years we have had with her. We feel so lucky to have her in our lives. She is so tender and sweet. And of course she has her little sassy side like her mommy at least daddy thinks so. Anyways John that morning decided he would paint her nails. OOOOOOOOOOH how she loved that. She kept telling him pretty daddy pretty. We then went to Kyson basketball game. Then home to the princess party. Let me tell you all PINK and PRINCESSES. It was really fun. Thank you for everyone coming, all who sent cards and called. Addy has been very busy playing with her new stuff :)

Addyson's Adventure

So I put Addy down for her nap. Twenty minutes later I hear her yelling MOM HELP MOM HELP. At first I thought oh she's just wanting me to get her out of her room. Then I hear ouchie mommy ouchie. So I ran up there to find this. I seriously almost had a heat attack. She completely emptied out her clothes bin and got herself stuck in there. Let me tell you it was no fun getting that poor girl out. Another day in motherhood :)

Christmas

This year was one of our families most fun. We first went to my mom's on Christmas eve and ate some yummy food, traded gifts, and had the Christmas story. It's really neat seeing the kids understanding more and more every year the Christmas Story. Jason did a great job helping them understand the true meaning. It def wasn't the same without Brian (Uncle Hot dog) We missed you and you hope you make it down next year. So Christmas day was sooooooo much fun. Addy woke us up by yelling KY KY, KY KY. So we all got up and of course we had to wake Kyson up. It was really neat watching the kids taking turns opening gifts. Addy was all into opening the presents this year so it made it so much fun! We hope everyone had a Merry Christmas.

Ok so I don't know about you but when we get family pics done it is sooooooooooo stressful... Oh my how Addy hates getting the family pictures. When it comes to taking pictures with Kyson she loves it... What can you do? (hehe) So yesterday was Thanksgiving and I have to say how thankful and blessed I feel. I have the most amazing husband/best friend. He's working so hard with work, school, being a husband and a father. I'm so proud of how hard he's working for our family. I can't believe how lucky John and I are to have the opportunity to raise our sweet babies I feel so blessed and some days like I don't deserve such blessings. Grateful is a understatement. For yesterday we went to my Mom and Monty's for dinner. It was so yummy and so great to see all the fam who could make it. Thanks Mom and Monty for everything it was AMAZING. I hope all of you had a great thanksgiving. We want ALL our family and friends to know how grateful we are for you and we love you :)
